BLACK HOLES.
Black Holes are formed around singularities and
the center of which experiences the fastest time in the relativistic
universe. We assume that singularities are a spatial anomaly. I believe
that there is a strong case for suggesting that they might be temporal.

Time in the sun should be measured differently than on earth as the effect
of relativity should make its own internal clock run slower than earth’s.
